Hi, I’m Saurabh Gupta. I lead customer growth and retention at Snapmint, where I look after CRM, rewards and the customer lifecycle.
I studied at IIT Roorkee and did my MBA at IIM Ahmedabad. Since then I’ve worked in consulting (ZS Associates), e-commerce (Jabong), private equity (True North), Meesho and consumer fintech (Protium Finance, ShopSe). I also founded Dhanaay, which set out to make GST filing easy for small businesses.
The common thread is building things and making them grow: launching a hospital chain’s digital ecosystem, taking an MSME lending product from zero to launch in three months, and now growing and retaining customers at Snapmint. More on the Experience page.
